REFUND POLICY.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Physically Fit Forever purchases, including monthly coaching, the 16-week program, annual coaching, and digital programs such as Superset City. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net — Paddle’s support team can look up your order and handle the refund directly — or contact our support team at bartley@physicallyfitforever.com and we will take care of it.

Monthly and annual coaching plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your plan-management page or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds on renewal payments are covered by the same 30-day guarantee from the date of that payment.

When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded program or coaching plan ends, including your personal program link and any associated client benefits.
